Resources
Everything written down
How to set a workspace up, what each integration can actually do, and jobs you can copy and edit. Written by the people who build the product, and kept honest about what it does not do.
Documentation
The instructions: first run, connections, teammates, approvals, the workspace computer, email, memory, billing and export. Every entry is a task you can finish, not a feature description.
Integration guides
Per provider: how it authenticates, which resources you pick, which actions have been exercised, and what a teammate still cannot do there. A logo is not a tested action, and the guides say which is which.
Use cases
Whole jobs, written out: the outcome, the accounts and grants they need, the steps, where they stop to ask you, and the receipt you should expect at the end. Copy one into your workspace and edit the words.
Something has stopped, and you want it moving
Documentation explains how a thing works. Help is for the four states that actually stop a job — an account that needs re-auth, a quarantined message, a blocked send, a paused teammate — and the exact step that ends each one.
