About Crewvia

A small business can hire a team it doesn't have to manage

Crewvia is one product: a workspace where named AI teammates do real jobs in your own tools, on your own AI plan, and ask you before anything leaves the business.

What it is

One workspace, named teammates, the jobs you already have

You describe a job the way you'd brief a new hire. It becomes a thread, a job on the board and — if you want it to repeat — a schedule. The teammate signs into your tools itself, works for as long as the job takes, and stops at anything that would reach a customer.

  • It finishes work, not sentences

Jobs run for minutes or hours across several apps and keep their place if a model account hits a limit.

  • It runs on the AI plan you pay for

ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini plans sign in as themselves. Crewvia does not resell model tokens.

  • Nothing leaves without your yes

Outbound email, messages and payments wait in a queue that shows the exact recipient, body and amount.

  • Every call leaves a receipt

Reads, writes and denied calls alike, with the account, the record and a redacted diff.

Who it's for

Businesses small enough that the owner is still the bottleneck

The same engine, with different vocabulary, jobs and connection sets. Nothing in this list is a claim about how many businesses of that kind use Crewvia.

  • Agencies and studios
  • E-commerce
  • Clinics and practices
  • Real estate
  • Solo SaaS founders
  • Accounting and bookkeeping

A good fit when

  • The work is repetitive, written down or explainable in a paragraph.
  • It lives in tools you can sign into: mail, sheets, a CRM, payments.
  • You want to read what happened afterwards, not trust that it did.

A poor fit when

  • The job needs a phone call. Crewvia does not place or take calls.
  • Nobody can approve outbound work; the queue is not optional.
  • The tool has no sign-in a person could use either.

Still being proven

  • Whether your AI provider permits its plan on a hosted runtime is the provider's call, not ours.
  • An adapter we have not tested end to end is labelled unverified, in the product and here.

How it's run

Your workspace is yours, and it is separate

Each customer workspace has its own teammates, connections, vault, memory and billing. Nothing is pooled between businesses, and the people who run the Crewvia platform work in a separate administrative plane — never inside your workspace.

Who owns a workspace
The org admin who created it
Where secrets live
In that workspace's vault, never rendered
Who can act for you
Only teammates you granted, per account
What you can take out
Procedures, runs and documents, in full
Two planes, never mixedIsolation
Your workspace

One business, one workspace

  • Its own teammates and connections
  • Its own vault, memory and library
  • Its own subscription and receipts
Crewvia platform

Operations, separately

  • Plans, brand assets, referral terms
  • Incident and abuse handling
  • No seat inside a customer workspace

Its own sign-in, its own audit trail

A teammate is a configurable entity inside one workspace, not a person and not a login you share. Retiring one keeps its history; it does not erase the receipts.

How the business works

for the AI itself

Your ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini plan is billed by its own provider, exactly as it is today.

The figures here are the configured plan, read at page load; if no plan is published, the pricing page says so rather than showing a number. See what's included →
