AI coworkers that finish the job
Named AI teammates that sign into your tools, run jobs for hours on schedule, and ask before anything leaves the business.
The AI plan you already pay for
Runs your teammates

Use the AI plans you already have, as many as you have
- 01
Connect the plan you pay for
ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. The work runs on your plan; Crewvia never sells tokens.
- 02
Stack accounts for more room
Two Claude accounts and a ChatGPT plan run side by side. Add one, the team has more room.
- 03
Set fallbacks so work never stops
When one account hits its limit, the same job continues on the next, from its last checkpoint. Nothing is redone.
- 04
A model per teammate
Drafting on the model that writes best, numbers on the one that reasons best. Each teammate has its own.

Whatever your business runs on, your teammates run with it
They sign in themselves and carry one job from app to app until it's done.

What a teammate does
It signs in. It shows up on time. It finishes.
Follow-ups get chased, records stay current, meetings get notes. You stop remembering.

What comes with every teammate
Your Chief of Staff sets it all up with you
Ready on day one. Nothing to configure by hand.
Create your business account
Under your supervision
They work with your access, inside your limits, on the record
You decide what they reach and what needs a yes. Every step is logged.
Approvals
Anything that leaves the building waits for your yes
A teammate can do the research, run the numbers and write the message. Sending it to a client, a vendor or your team is your call, and you cap how much goes out in a day.

Invoice #1042 for Harrow & Vale is 26 days past due. Two more follow the same wording.
To: accounts@harrowvale.test · Subject: Invoice #1042 — a gentle reminder
Hi Dana — a quick note that invoice #1042 ($2,400) is now 26 days past its due date. Could you let me know when we can expect payment? Happy to resend the PDF.

Secret vault
Your keys and passwords go in the vault, never in the chat
Add a password or a key once. A teammate reads it straight from the vault when a job needs it, and the read is logged. Nothing sensitive sits in a thread you'd have to clean up.
Connection scopes
Read only, or read and write. You decide per teammate
Every connected account carries a scope. Give one teammate read-only access to your books and another the right to send, and leave the rest with no access at all.

Every call through your connections, logged
Receipts
Trust it by default. Check it whenever you want
Every call a teammate makes through one of your connections is written down: which account, which file, which rows, at what time. You never have to take a teammate's word for what it did.
What your team can take on
Real jobs, on a schedule, in the background
There's no fixed menu. If you can explain it to a new hire, you can hand it over.
Shared context
One sentence is enough, because your team already knows the business

FAQ
Questions, answered
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the job the way you'd brief a new hire. Rhea, your Chief of Staff, writes it down as a procedure you can edit like a document.
How do I decide which teammates to hire?
Tell Rhea about the business. It proposes a first team and the jobs each would take; you confirm the hires, the connections and what each one can touch.
Which AI subscriptions can I bring?
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini plans through their own sign-in, plus API keys for OpenRouter, Kimi, MiniMax, Z.AI and Qwen. Each account shows whether it's ready, at its limit or needs re-auth; a blocked one never looks connected.
What happens when a plan hits its limit?
The job pauses at its last checkpoint and continues on the next account you set as fallback. Nothing already done is repeated, and the account in use is always visible.
Where do my passwords and keys live?
In your workspace's vault, which never shows a value. Teammates read a secret at run time, the read is logged as a receipt, and nothing sensitive appears in a thread.
Can two teammates share a login?
No. Each teammate has its own browser profile, logins and files on your workspace computer. Sharing a file between them is a deliberate act.
Does each teammate get its own email address?
Yes. Inboxes are included with the workspace and replies land in the thread that started them. The included count and the price of an extra inbox are on the pricing card above.
How do I stay in control of what they do?
Outbound email, messages and payments wait for your yes. You set who may approve what, daily caps, and read-only or read-write scopes per teammate and account.
Can my team or clients see the work?
Yes. Members work on the board with you. You can share a read-only board, thread or receipt with a client, and revoke it at any time.
Can a teammate join my meetings?
Yes. It joins from the calendar link in its own browser, says who it is, files the notes to Documents and creates actions with an owner. If it can't get in, it tells you.
Is the workspace price all I pay?
For the workspace, yes. The optional extras are inboxes beyond the included allowance and research credits at provider cost beyond the included monthly allowance; both figures are on the pricing card above. Your AI plan is billed by its provider, as it is today.
Is there a trial?
Set-up takes about ten minutes, and the refund window that applies to your first charge is shown at checkout.
What do teammates do when I'm offline?
Scheduled jobs keep running. Anything that needs a yes waits in your queue and expires if you never answer. You get one digest at the end of the day.
What if I cancel?
You keep access until the period ends, export the full history of procedures, runs and documents, and disconnect your accounts without losing anything.
